Fiber-optic infrastructure for the Region of the Aosta Valley

The Broadbusiness VdA is a project of the Region of Aosta Valley, in the frame of the evolution towards the fourth-generation mobile technologies, that aims at implementing optic fiber infrastructures throughout the regional territory.
The goal is to extend the broadband network, in line with the targets set for 2020 fixed by the Digital Agenda for Europe. From the technical point of view this is performed both through cable laying in trenches and both through the installation of antennas.
