We firmly believe, both as individuals and as a group, that our work must always be based on a principle of ethical and sustainable balance between the environmental transformations and the development to which we give our contribution. We think it always a primary goal to weight the benefits of a project before its social and environmental impacts.
Professional ethics
GDP-GEOMIN is involved in projects modifying the natural environment to foster the development of human activities. We are well aware of the illusion and hypocrisy inherent to a way of thinking that considers the changes brought about by human activities as reversible and not impacting, yet we believe there are limits that our ethic sense and responsibility towards the world surrounding us do not allow to cross.
Our commitment in a project cannot leave aside a preliminary evaluation of its sustainability on the environmental, social, economic and philosophic point of view. At the same time, in the implementation of infrastructural and mining projects, our company always strives to meet our client’s expectations with solutions coherent with our fundamental ethical principles and focused to the maximum sustainability.

Le persone sono il valore della nostra struttura. La libertà di gestione del proprio tempo ed il rispetto professionale ed umano sono, ancor prima del denaro e del guadagno, ciò che spesso si cerca nella propria attività professionale. Sotto questo punto di vista GDP-GEOMIN ritiene che ogni struttura costituita da un gruppo di persone sia un sistema che al suo interno deve innanzitutto soddisfare questa richiesta di flessibilità e dignità. La gestione del nostro gruppo di lavoro si basa su una costante ricerca del delicato equilibrio tra un giusto profitto e l’esistenza di un ambiente di lavoro sereno ed arricchente.
