GDP-GEOMIN guarantees high-quality services through two main basic principles:
- Our staff must follow a process of constant professional improvement, accomplished through a periodic training as well as through the participation, in time, to a wide variety of projects and design issues.
- Each team is built on the base of an internal structure allowing all members to clearly identify who is responsible for each different activity of a project.
The technical activities are scheduled per project and managed by the technical direction assuring the appointment of a project manager from first the first contractual agreement.
The project manager is in charge of keeping regular contacts with the customers and of coordinating the project team for every technical aspect. The chosen methods and the following results are constantly shared with a senior auditor in charge of checking the job development and progress.
