The founding members Luca Delle Piane, Piercarlo Gabriele and Paolo Perello, three geologists with decades of experience with designers, building contractors, and mining companies, were soon joined by two more partners, the geologists Alessandro Baietto and Antonio Damiano adding new skillsets to the firm. The company\u2019s core business was focused on consulting services and design in the field of industrial minerals. Lo studio associato \u00e8 quindi subentrato ai soci precedenti nella conduzione della struttura. Questi ultimi sono tuttavia rimasti operativi nell\u2019attivit\u00e0 tecnica di GEOMIN fino a tutto il 2018, garantendo un adeguato trasferimento di conoscenze tecniche e commerciali. Per il 2017 e 2018 le due entit\u00e0 giuridiche hanno continuato a operare distintamente sui rispettivi rami di mercato, ovvero GDP sull\u2019<strong>Ingegneria Civile<\/strong> e GEOMIN sulla <strong>Coltivazione Mineraria<\/strong>. A partire dal 2019 la denominazione di GEOMIN s.r.l. \u00e8 stata modificata in GDP-GEOMIN s.r.l., segnando un primo passo di un processo di progressivo accorpamento delle attivit\u00e0 tecniche di entrambi i rami di mercato sotto quest\u2019unico marchio.
